Our design/build process has two phases. In the preliminary design stage, we get to know you and your needs, ideas, and concerns. We get a feel for your style, then get to work. We develop schematic designs and project specifications, and then, once the design has been developed and agreed upon, we determine preliminary costing and product selections. After the preliminary design phase the construction contract is written up and the project is scheduled for production.
Residential remodeling project management is practically an art form, and Roy Howard has perfected it. We treat your home as if it were our own, and never lose sight of the fact that you're probably living in the space as we're remodeling it. Your personal concerns about your home, yard, neighbors, etc., are given top priority and consideration before work commences. And throughout the entire process, our commitment to communication, cleanliness, and respect for your property remain steadfast. To us, the process is as important as the project.
